The Platform
The booking platform behind your margin
Once your agency is verified, the platform is where you search, book, and issue — at net or commissionable rates, with full control after booking.
Search & book
Multi-GDS search across Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo, net and commissionable fares, in one place.
Issue & manage
We issue the ticket, with post-booking voids, refunds and reissues — scoped per GDS.
Your price, your client
You buy below the published fare and set your own price to your client. We provide the access and the issuance.
One search across three GDS
Type the route once. The platform queries Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport Galileo together, normalises the results into one list, merges duplicates and sorts them cheapest first. You compare in one place instead of three, and the ticket is issued natively on the GDS that holds the fare.
Fare families and upsell options show where the airline offers them, and the fare rules are one click away before you book. What you see is the agency price: one all-in figure per passenger, already below the published fare, so the margin you add is yours.
Book now, ticket when your client confirms
Every booking is created first as an unticketed PNR. The platform shows the airline's ticketing deadline as a countdown, so you know exactly how long the fare will wait. When your client confirms, you issue from the same screen. If the deadline passes, the airline releases the seats and nothing has been charged.
Seat maps and paid seats are available on all three GDS. Extra baggage can be added on Amadeus and Galileo. A PNR can be split when part of a group changes plans.
Control after the ticket is issued
Void a ticket inside the airline's void window on any of the three GDS. Refund through the platform on Amadeus and Sabre, with a quote you accept before anything moves; Galileo refunds are handled by our desk. When an airline changes a schedule, the involuntary reissue runs on Amadeus, and on Sabre the platform confirms the change with the airline.
For anything else, you raise the request on the booking, our operations desk quotes it inside the platform, and you approve before it is done. Every booking carries its own chat with the desk, with attachments, so the history stays with the PNR.
A credit account you can audit
Your agency trades on a credit account with a limit, a live available balance and a full statement in Arabic or English. Issuing a ticket places a hold, then a posted movement; refunds credit back the same way. Posted movements cannot be edited afterwards: the database enforces it, not a policy document.
Top-ups are bank or exchange transfers. You upload the proof of transfer in the portal and the deposit is recorded once it clears. There is no card payment and no online top-up.
Your team, your permissions
Add staff sub-accounts and give each one exactly the sections it needs, from a permission matrix of twenty sections. New staff start with no permissions at all. Your agency's data is isolated from every other agency at the route, the controller and the database row: another agency's booking answers "not found", not "forbidden".
Reports cover sales, the ledger, credit usage and which staff member made each booking, across six booking report families. A pricing-activity dashboard logs every quote your team runs and exports to CSV.
Documents in your name
Invoices and vouchers are generated in your agency's name and logo, ready to print or send. They are yours to deliver; on Sabre bookings the e-ticket can also be emailed to the passenger by the airline system on request.
What the platform does not do
It does not sell packages, visas or ground services. It does not take card payments. It does not email your clients automatically. A fare the platform cannot reach is a request to our desk, quoted and approved in the booking rather than booked by a form. We would rather you know that before you apply than after.
Create your agency account
Register on the platform, we review and agree terms with you directly, then we activate your account.
Have these ready to speed things up:
- Commercial register or trade licence
- Owner or authorised-signatory ID
- Agency address, phone and email
Mobile app
Your bookings, on your team’s phones
The agent app signs in on a token of its own and carries the day’s bookings, so whoever is away from the desk can still answer a client.
- Its own scoped sign-in: the app holds a token, never your portal password
- Push notifications the moment a booking changes
- The booking list and each booking’s detail, documents attached
- A PDF voucher generated on demand
