Built for travel agencies

Your agency’s edge — fares below published, your price, control after the booking

newhorizontrav is your airline consolidator: one search across Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport Galileo, more than 240 airlines you can ticket from one account, and the tools to book, ticket and manage it all — while you set your own price to your client.

What you get as a newhorizontrav agent

What your team works with, item by item.

Below the published fare — your price is yours

Book at your agency price — one all-in figure per passenger, below the published fare — then set what you charge your client. A pricing-activity dashboard logs every quote your team runs, exportable to CSV.

One search, three GDS

One search queries Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport Galileo together — results normalized, merged and sorted cheapest first, so you compare in one place instead of three.

240+ airlines, one account

The platform prices and sells more than 240 carriers, global majors and regional airlines alike — all issued from the same account, with no GDS contract of your own.

Control after the booking

Book, issue and void on all three GDS; refund through the platform on Amadeus and Sabre, with Galileo refunds handled by our desk. Involuntary (schedule-change) reissue on Amadeus, with schedule-change confirmation on Sabre. EMD void and refund on Amadeus. Anything else, you raise it and our desk quotes it inside the platform.

A real credit wallet

A ledger-backed credit account with limit, holds and a full statement. Bookings draw on your balance; refunds credit back. Posted movements are immutable at the database level — nobody can quietly edit your history.

Arabic-first, end to end

A fully bilingual platform (Arabic RTL + English) and a team that supports you in your language — with real-time booking notifications.

How it works

From registration to your first ticket, in three steps.

  1. 1

    You register on the platform

Three short steps: agency details with your commercial register, a code to your email, then the owner’s details, ID and a password.

  2. 2

We review and agree terms with you

A person checks your documents and calls you. Credit line, currency and settlement are agreed directly, agency to agency.

  3. 3

We activate and send your login

You receive your login details, including your Agency Code. Then you search, book and issue.

Create your agency account

Create your agency account

Register on the platform, we review and agree terms with you directly, then we activate your account.

Have these ready to speed things up:

  • Commercial register or trade licence
  • Owner or authorised-signatory ID
  • Agency address, phone and email

Inside the platform

The day-to-day tooling your team works in.

  • Hotels, bookable alongside flights
  • Staff sub-accounts with role-based permissions
  • Reports: sales, ledger, credit usage, staff attribution
  • Print-ready invoices and vouchers in your agency’s own name and logo; e-ticket delivery to the traveller on Sabre bookings
  • Seat maps and paid seats on all three GDS; extra baggage on Amadeus and Galileo
  • Manual booking — our team books what you can’t find online
  • Flight tracking on confirmed bookings
  • Passenger passport numbers, dates of birth and emails encrypted at rest; two-factor available on every account; per-agency isolation

More than flights

Hotels bookable in the same portal — one partner, the same reports.

You do not need your own GDS

You do not need your own GDS contract or ticketing authority to work with us. You search, book, issue, void, refund and reissue inside our platform, and each ticket is issued natively on the system that holds the fare — Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport Galileo.

If you already run your own GDS, that is not wasted. Use us on the routes where our negotiated terms beat what you hold, and keep your own content for the rest. Nothing here asks you to move your whole book of business on day one.

Inside the platform

A day on the platform

A search returns one merged, price-sorted list across the three systems, with fare families side by side so your client can see what a bag and a seat actually cost. You book, and the booking sits unticketed with the airline’s own deadline running as a countdown — long enough to collect from your client before you spend your credit line.

When you issue, the credit hold becomes a debit, the ticket is issued on the fare’s own system, and the invoice and voucher come out in your agency’s name and logo rather than ours. Confirmed bookings can be followed on a flight map. After the ticket you keep the controls: void, refund, schedule changes and reissues, either yourself or quoted by our desk inside the platform.

Book now, ticket later

Your staff, and what each of them can see

Your agency is one account with as many staff logins under it as you need. Permissions are granular — around twenty sections covering search, booking, issuing, refunds, reports and account settings — and a new staff account starts with none of them. You grant what each person needs.

That matters more than it sounds. The person who searches and books does not have to be the person who can issue a refund or read the credit statement. Sales activity is attributed per user in the reports, sign-in attempts are logged, and changes to who can do what are written to an audit trail.

What we do and do not claim

Bookings you made somewhere else

You do not have to abandon what you booked elsewhere. A PNR created outside the platform can be priced and pulled in, then managed alongside everything else: ticket and coupon status, post-ticketing requests, and documents in your own name. There is a quick jump by PNR or ticket number for when a client calls with nothing but a reference.

This is also how the desk picks work up. You raise a request against the booking, we quote it, and nothing is charged to your account or sent to the airline until you approve the quote.

After the ticket

How support actually works

Support is attached to the work rather than to a ticketing system somewhere else. Every booking carries its own chat with our operations team, with attachments, in Arabic or English, and there is a general channel for everything that is not about one booking. Post-ticketing requests are quoted and approved in the same place, so the record of what was agreed stays with the booking it belongs to.

The desk works in Arabic and in English. We do not publish support hours on this site until we can state them accurately — ask on the call and you will get a straight answer.
